Thank you. The moss stitch makes it feel more stable, rather than very flexible, so I think it will hold the shape better over time :-)

Great tutorial! In Norway this is kalled "Potetkake", meaning poteto-cake. Lefse is usually made without poteto.

iroalkvamcommented oniroalkvam'sinstructableBallerina Slippers on the Addi Express
As I wrote in the introduction, I made the instruction for people who have some experience with the addi express knitting machine. It is very difficult to explain in words how the machine works, a video might have helped though. I tried to show the cast on, how i make the opening for the foot, and the bind off. The knitting part is basically turning the handle on the right side on the addi express machine. Perhaps you can check on youtube for videos of the knitting process itself? Does this answer your question?

Yes you can! I'm useless with a crochet hook, so I have never tried. You have to do some testeing with the number of stitches and rows to make the desired size of your slippers, it depends on the yarn you use. Try this pattern: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/easy-norwe...Good luck ;-)

Think I got them from a local shop (yarn and knitting stuff kind of shop) here in Norway. Unfortunately, I can't remember the brand. They are metal, with my favorite color. I really love them :-)
